2. Purposes of collection
We process your data solely to: - respond to your contact requests and qualify your projects; - prepare quotations and perform ordered services; - process payments and meet our accounting and tax obligations; - ensure site security and prevent fraud; - send you professional communications, only with your consent; - assess eligibility and prepare visa application files or travel formalities.
No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.
3. Data collected
- Identity: first name, last name, position, organisation, country. - Contact details: email, phone, postal address. - Project data: form content, delegation size, documents you choose to send us (specifications, briefs). - Transaction data: order reference, amount, date, payment status. We do not collect or store any card data: these are processed directly by our approved payment provider. - Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed.
Visa support requests Identity, nationality, contact details, employment status, destination, purpose and travel dates. We do not collect any identity document or financial evidence through our website. Documents required to prepare an application are transmitted later through a secure channel, after the request has been taken on.
4. Legal basis
Performance of pre-contractual measures and the contract; compliance with legal obligations (accounting and tax); consent for commercial communications and non-essential cookies; legitimate interest for site security.
5. Confidentiality of documents transmitted
Documents you send us via the form are stored encrypted, accessible only to authorised personnel, and deleted no later than 24 months after the last exchange relating to the project, or immediately upon your request. They are never disclosed to third parties without prior written agreement.
6. Recipients
Your data is accessible to our authorised teams and, strictly as necessary to perform the service, to our providers: host, payment provider, and ground and air suppliers involved in your service.
In connection with visa support, certain data may be disclosed to consular authorities and their approved collection providers, at your request and solely for the needs of your application.
No data is sold, rented or transferred for commercial purposes.
7. Transfers outside Tunisia
Certain technical providers may be located outside Tunisia. These transfers are governed contractually and limited to strictly necessary data.
8. Retention periods
- Prospects with no follow-up: 24 months from the last contact. - Clients: duration of the contractual relationship, then 3 years for commercial relationship purposes. - Accounting records and invoices: 10 years, in accordance with legal obligations. - Project documents transmitted: maximum 24 months (see Article 5). - Connection data: 12 months. - Visa support requests with no follow-up: 12 months from the last contact. - Applications taken on: duration of the service, then 24 months.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

A response is provided within a maximum of thirty (30) days. Proof of identity may be requested in case of reasonable doubt.

10. Security
Encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS), named access control, logging of access to sensitive documents, regular backups.
